Emily Woods offers a supportive space to redefine who you are, prioritize what matters most, and learn how to move forward with clarity and confidence. Emily is especially passionate about helping individuals develop insight, self-trust, and a stronger sense of identity. Her coaching style is compassionate, insightful, and grounded in the belief that small, intentional changes can lead to meaningful transformation.
Before stepping into this work, Emily earned her BS in Marketing from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and spent the early part of her career as a shoe buyer in corporate retail. While she still loves fashion, she found a deeper purpose in helping people improve their quality of life; trading consumer insights for elevating human insight. As a career changer herself, Emily is proof that changing your mind doesn’t have to be catastrophic, and in fact can add a unique perspective to your next adventures. She also holds a Master’s in Clinical Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
