Erica Haynes

Bio

Erica Haynes guides clients through the Pure Direction program through a calm and grounded approach. Whether you’re navigating a big life transition or simply trying to figure out what’s next, Erica can help you tune out the noise and reconnect with what truly matters in order to make a meaningful decision.

As a career changer herself, Erica deeply understands how fear, perfectionism, and limiting beliefs can hold us back from pursuing meaningful goals. Drawing from her work as a therapist, Erica helps clients identify and overcome these internal barriers so they can move with clarity and confidence toward their full potential.  Erica supports people in quieting the “shoulds” and silencing the negative noise in their heads so they can reconnect with what they truly want and empower them to go after it.

More About Me

Erica earned her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and holds a BFA from Western Michigan University. Outside of coaching, Erica stays busy as a mom to two teenagers and proudly wears the title of hockey, dance, and lacrosse mom. When she is not cheering from the sidelines, you’ll find her spending time with friends, golfing (badly but enthusiastically), singing, dancing, enjoying family dinners, traveling and soaking up everything the city has to offer.

"If I can do it, so can you. It’s not about perfection; it’s about making better choices one step at a time. This program didn’t just change my habits it changed my life."
